Booking Terms and Payment Policy

To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 30-40% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid 21 days before the tour commencement.

• Booking Amount: 30-40% of the total amount.
• Final Payment: Due 21 days before the tour begins.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. However, cancellations are subject to the following charges:

• 15% Cancellation Charges: Applicable after booking confirmation.
• 30% Cancellation Charges: For cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour departure date.
• 40% Cancellation Charges: For cancellations made 30-15 days before the departure date.
• 85% Cancellation Charges: For cancellations made 15-10 days before the departure date.
• No Refund: For cancellations made less than 10 days before departure, no-shows, or mid-tour terminations.
• Flight Ticket Cancellation as per Airlines rule.

Refund Turnaround Time

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 working days.

Jurisdiction

IIn case of any disputes or legal matters, they will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
